Retention

Operational data is kept as long as the tenant uses InspectClean or until deletion is requested, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Technical logs and email histories are retained for limited periods that remain proportionate to security, support, and audit needs.

Sharing and processors

InspectClean does not resell your data.

Some data may be processed by strictly necessary service providers, especially for hosting, database operations, transactional email delivery, and document generation.
